The subject "Lingüística aplicada anglesa" offers an overview of the field of Applied Linguistics and introduces those areas which are both of special interest for English Philology students and which present more vitality at the moment. Some of them have a psycholinguistic orientation, such as First Language Acquisition, Bilingualism, Second Language Acquisition and Use, Language Processing, and Language Disorders and Impairment, while Some are more concerned with social and educational issues, such as Multilingualism and Language Planning..The general aims of this coursebook are:.1.
